HQsing’s Warranty Policy

1. Products Covered by Warranty:

The HQsing’s warranty policy applies to all karaoke equipment under the HQsing brand.

2. Warranty Period:

  • For HQsing’s products: The warranty period is up to 18 months.
  • For other products: Theo the regulations of each manufacturer.

3. Warranty Method:

100%new product One – to – one warranty.

4. Warranty Conditions:

To qualify for HQsing's warranty policy, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is still within the warranty period.
  • The warranty seal is intact, without being torn, faded, peeled off, or tampered
    with.
  • The warranty card accompanying the product is intact, not torn, crumpled, or
    altered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect and is not listed in the exclusions below.

5. Warranty Exclusions:

  • Products that have exceeded the warranty period specified on the warranty card, warranty
    seal, or handover report.
  • Products damaged due to improper use not following the user manual.
  • Products damaged due to mechanical impacts such as dropping, breaking, impact,
    scratching, denting, moisture, rust, or water leakage.
  • Products showing signs of damage caused by rodents or insects, or damage caused by fire or natural disasters.
  • Accompanying accessories such as: remote controls, remote control batteries, CMOS batteries, power cables, signal cables, adapters, signal lights, headphones, fans on the device, or devices damaged by faulty fans causing fire or explosion.
  • Products with defects resulting from customer self-repair outside of authorizedservices, improper storage, unreasonable use, misuse, or improper cleaning with inappropriate tools.

Note: HQsing will inspect the product and decide whether the customer’s claims fall under the warranty coverage and HQsing have reserves the right to interpret the warranty conditions and product quality terms in this document
