HQsing’s Warranty Policy

1. Products Covered by Warranty:

The HQsing’s warranty policy applies to all karaoke equipment under the HQsing brand.

2. Warranty Period:

  • HQsing-branded products are covered by a warranty period of up to 18 months, subject to the terms and conditions stated in this policy.
  • For non-HQsing products, the warranty period shall follow the warranty regulations and policies of the respective manufacturer.

3. Warranty Method:

Eligible products will be covered under a one-to-one replacement warranty with a 100% new product, subject to warranty approval by HQsing.

4. Warranty Conditions:

To qualify for HQsing's warranty policy, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must still be within the valid warranty period.
  • The warranty seal must remain intact and must not be torn, faded, peeled off, altered, or tampered with.
  • The warranty card provided with the product must remain intact and must not be torn, crumpled, modified, or altered in any way.
  • The product must have a confirmed manufacturing defect and must not fall under any of the warranty exclusions listed below.

5. Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty shall not apply in the following cases:

  • The product has exceeded the warranty period stated on the warranty card, warranty seal, handover report, or other applicable warranty documentation.
  • The product is damaged due to improper use, failure to follow the user manual, or use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • The product is damaged due to mechanical impact, including but not limited to dropping, breakage, collision, scratches, dents, moisture exposure, rust, or water leakage.
  • The product shows signs of damage caused by rodents, insects, fire, natural disasters, or other external factors beyond the manufacturer’s control.
  • Accessories supplied with the product are not covered under this warranty, including but not limited to remote controls, remote-control batteries, CMOS batteries, power cables, signal cables, adapters, indicator lights, headphones, device fans, or any damage caused by defective fans resulting in fire or explosion.
  • The product has defects or damage resulting from unauthorized repair, customer self-repair, improper storage, unreasonable use, misuse, or improper cleaning using unsuitable tools or chemicals.

6. Warranty Assessment and Final Decision

  • HQsing reserves the right to inspect and evaluate any product submitted for warranty service. Warranty approval shall be determined based on HQsing’s assessment of the product condition, warranty documents, and the terms stated in this policy.
  • HQsing reserves the final right to interpret the warranty conditions and product quality standards set forth in this document.
